How The Sausage Is Made

Well folks as I look back at all the conversations I have had over the past few years here, each and everyone has inspired me in a new way. Thats why I felt it was time to change the apron, sharpen the knives and get back to it with more conversations with more great new guests. Losing your Mind started because well, first, I felt like I was losing my mind at the time. It was spring 2019 and I couldn’t wrap my brain around a phenomenon I saw everywhere, of people achieving success and getting accolades in their field when they had not actually earned it.

It takes a lot of hard work to be great at anything, whether it’s running a successful restaurant or doing a double backflip off a mountain. True success doesn’t come overnight. So I wanted to talk to friends and acquaintances who I admire and learn about the path they’ve forged to get to where they are. We talk about success, but also about failure and how folks overcome obstacles and deal with their own shit.

We are about to celebrate my 100th episode, and over these last four years, the podcast has evolved, so I’m changing the name to better reflect what it’s about.
